Configurable Adjustment Creation for Completed Field Activities

Adjustment creation for a completed field activity now supports scenarios where a service point type is missing or not configured on the Activity Adjustment Type List for the associated SOM Activity Type. A new algorithm parameter, Fully Restrict SP Type (Y/N), is available on the Create Levy Adjustment Completion Event (X1-CRELVYADJ) algorithm to control whether service point type matching is required for adjustment creation. Refer to the detailed description on the algorithm for further information.

This reduces missed adjustments and lowers corrective rework.

Steps to enable and configure

Configure the Fully Restrict SP Type (Y/N) algorithm parameter to the appropriate value for your implementation-specific requirements on the Create Levy Adjustment Completion Event (X1-CRELVYADJ) algorithm.
