Customer Pay Plan Snapshot Subject Area
Utilities can review pay plan information as it existed during selected snapshot periods, including status, payment progress, remaining scheduled amounts, future scheduled payments, and payment amount groupings. The subject area supports comparison of pay plan performance over time, understanding amount paid against scheduled amounts, and reviewing distribution of pay plans by status.
This feature helps utilities better understand pay plan performance and future payment expectations so they can monitor customer payment arrangements more effectively.
