Historical Customer Details for Case Analysis
When customer information changes over time, reports can now show case and case log activity using the account, person, and premise details that were true when the activity happened. For example, if an account’s customer class or premise details changed after a case was created, the case is still analyzed using the earlier details from the case creation date. Case log entries work the same way, using the date of the case log event. This helps historical reports reflect what was true at the time, rather than only showing the latest customer information.
This feature helps utilities make more accurate decisions by keeping historical case reporting aligned with the customer information that was true when each event occurred.
