Include Custom Meter Names in Downloaded Files

Downloaded files from Green Button Download and Portfolio View can include a customer-defined meter or service point name along with its identifier. Utilities can enable this option when it is appropriate for their program. This helps customers distinguish exported data for individual meters or service points.

This feature is available to Residential Digital Self Service - Energy Management and nonresidential Business Customer Engagement customers.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

• While the module is enabled by default, custom meter names in downloaded data files must be enabled by your Oracle Utilities Opower Delivery Team.
