"Rebalance" Button on Asset for an Asset Location Specific Template Activity

The Work Activity includes an Asset List zone where multiple assets and locations can be specified. In Create and Edit modes, this zone provides a Rebalance button that automatically distributes cost allocation percentages equally across all listed assets and locations.

The Asset Location Specific Template Activity includes a similar Asset List zone; however, the Rebalance button was previously unavailable, requiring users to manually calculate and enter the cost allocation percentages for each asset location/type. With this enhancement, the Rebalance button is now available for Asset Location Specific Template Activities, enabling users to automatically distribute cost allocation percentages evenly across all listed asset locations/types.

This improves the user experience by providing a faster and more efficient way to distribute costs across asset locations/types within an Asset Location Specific Template Activity.
