Customer Ownership of Asset Criticality and Work Priority Values

Ownership of Asset Criticality and Work Priority look values has been transferred to customers. The owner flag of the value '01' in the  Asset Criticality lookup (CRITICALITY_FLG) and the owner flag value '09' in the  Work Priority lookup (WORK_PRIORITY_FLG) have been updated to 'CM'- Customer Modification.

Although the product no longer delivers example values for those lookups, all customer-defined values must use a two digit numeric format. For single-digit values, a leading zero must be included. For example, a Work Priority value of 5 must be entered as 05.

Refer to the prerequisite steps below for additional information.

This change provides implementations greater flexibility to define and manage the values used for these lookups. Previously, customers could not modify or delete the product owned values.

Steps to enable and configure

Complete these steps:

1. Configure a feature configuration with the Feature Type Schema Constants, if one does not already exist.
2. Add a value for the Option Type Default Asset Criticality. This defines the default value now that the product no longer provides one.
3. If you previously translated the English descriptions for these two lookup values, restore the non-English descriptions.
