Upcoming Compliance Work Activities Insight
A new Upcoming Compliance Work Activities insight is available on the Home Page Insights zone. The insight displays the count of compliance work activities due within the next 30 days by default. You can configure the lead time to meet your organization's planning needs. Select View to open the Work Activity results and review the compliance work activities included in the count. This forward-looking view complements the existing overdue compliance insight, helping you identify and schedule work before compliance due dates are missed.
This gives compliance managers early visibility into upcoming compliance work, enabling proactive scheduling and helps reduce the risk of overdue work and regulatory noncompliance.
Steps to enable and configure
Add Upcoming Compliance Work Activities to the Home Page insight group. For details, see Configure Insights Zone in the Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management Business User Guide.
Tips and considerations
The default lead time is 30 days and can be overridden using the insight algorithm's Lead Time (Days) parameter. The insight uses the same valid work-activity statuses as the existing Overdue Compliance Work Activities insight. Users who want to personalize the Insights zone using the Configure link must have access to the W1-USERMISC — User Miscellaneous Maintenance Object application service.
