AI-Generated Work Request Approval Summary
The Approval Dashboard and Home Page Approvals tab now include a Summarize action for work requests. From the Approval Request Summary, broadcast the appropriate work request approval profile to display the Work Request Approval Detail List zone, where the Summarize action is available. Selecting the action opens an Approval Summary containing an AI-generated summary of the approval request and work request information. When available, it also displays possible duplicates, prior-approval information, and up to five of the most recent possible duplicate records. You can navigate to the approval request, its requesting document, and listed possible-duplicate records if needed. You can also approve or reject the request directly. This requires the appropriate application-service access.
This helps approvers reduce approval-cycle time by presenting an AI-generated summary of essential information about the work to be performed, along with related possible-duplicate information and, when available, approval history. This enables faster, more informed decisions and helps prevent duplicate work.

Access requirements
System administrators must grant appropriate users access to the Work Request Approval AI Summary (W1-WRAISUMAS) application service. The Summarize action is displayed only when the user has access to this application service.
