AI-Generated Work Order Approval Summary
The Approval Dashboard and Home Page Approvals tabs now include a Summarize action for work orders. From the Approval Request Summary, broadcast the appropriate work order approval profile to display the Work Order Approval Detail List zone, where the Summarize action is available. Selecting the action opens an Approval Summary containing an AI-generated summary of approval request, work order, and activity information. When more than one activity requires approval, the summary provides combined activity information rather than a separate summary for each activity. This also lists up to five individual activity records requiring approval and displays prior-approval information when available. You can navigate to the approval request, its requesting document, or listed activity records requiring approval if needed. You can also directly approve or reject the request. This requires the appropriate application-service access.
This helps approvers reduce approval-cycle time by presenting an AI-generated summary of approval request, work order, and activity information to help them understand the work to be performed and provide access to individual activity records requiring approval and, when available, approval history. This enables faster, more informed decisions.

Access requirements
System administrators must grant appropriate users access to the Work Order Approval AI Summary (W1-WOAISUMAS) application service. The Summarize action is displayed only when the user has access to this application service.
