Measurement Types Linked to Asset Types
You can now define valid measurement types at the asset type level. Previously, valid measurement types could only be configured directly on individual assets.
With this enhancement, valid measurement types can now be maintained on the asset type and will automatically apply to associated assets. The effective valid measurement types for an asset will include both:
- Measurement types defined on the asset
- Measurement types defined on its asset type
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
