Initial Export of Person Records to Oracle Fusion

A background process, based on the application-owned CX4U Export Person Information (C1-PEREX) batch control, enables you to export all Person records into multiple files that can be used to perform an initial import of person information into Oracle Fusion to support Oracle Customer Experience for Utilities.

A new CX4U Person Sync Mapping master configuration allows you to map specific person and business related values to their corresponding Oracle Fusion values for the purpose of an initial data export which includes the following:

  • Phone Country Code
  • Communication Types
  • Person Characteristics
  • Business Characteristics

After the initial import of records into Oracle Fusion, a background process based on the application-owned CX4U Update Person External ID (C1-PERSY) batch control enables you to update the External ID characteristic for Person records that exist in Oracle Fusion to reference their Oracle Fusion party number.

This reduces your project implementation costs, duration, and risk when integrating with Oracle Customer Experience for Utilities.
