Retrieve To Do Tasks from the Work Queue

You can now retrieve To Do tasks from your Oracle Utilities customer information system by clicking a button on the Work Queue page. When you are ready to assign yourself to a task, you first use the To Do filter chip on the Work Queue page and then click the Assign Me a To Do button. The system adds a new To Do task from your Oracle Utilities customer information system to your Work Queue.

Your agents will improve their efficiency by using a single screen to find non-call related work and assign it to themselves. Agents no longer need to access the Oracle customer information system to find the next item available for them to complete.
