You can now configure the Program Service Call process flow to include questionnaires to troubleshoot issues and present appointment slots based on the available crew-shit after the initiation of work activities. Additionally, the process flow enables you can perform call backs or keep service calls open for escalation purposes or view and select previously escalated service calls from the process flow and link these to tasks.

This streamlines the trouble call initiation process by giving you the flexibility to select appointment slots based on available crew-shifts.
