The Customer Insights zone of the Customer Program Summary portal now lists in-progress service tasks and work activities related to program enrollment or unenrollment. Previously, only in-progress service tasks were listed. You can navigate directly to the work order through this zone and initiate a cancel or reschedule work activity process flow upon request by the customer. In addition, completion of the process flow addresses the states of connected entities, transitions the service task based on the work activity status update and vice-versa, deactivates enrollment subscriptions for main and related enrollments for cancelled service tasks, and activates enrollment subscriptions for cancelled unenrollment service tasks.

This provides a seamless interaction experience on the Customer Portal by allowing you to view, cancel, or reschedule the open tasks and work activities related to the customer in context.
