Enrollment Process Flow - Device Location Reuse

The Enrollment Process Flow now identifies existing device location from a previous enrollment for reuse in a new enrollment. The process flow determines the reuse of the device location based on the program to enroll to and the registered device type. The Enrollment Process Flow also cleans up any previous association between a removed device and its device location when enrolling the removed device.

The following panels of the Enrollment Process Flow include new and updated fields to support device location reuse:

• Customer Panel
  • Installed Devices: Lists devices if an applicable device location already exists for the program being enrolled.

• Device Setup Panel
  • Reenroll Device: Allows reenrollment of devices.

• Summary Panel
  • Enrollment Task: Lists devices for reenrollment.

This removes redundant device locations and disassociates links between devices and locations to facilitate device reenrollment to the same and different premises.
