Enrollment and Unenrollment Process Flow - Action Method

The application provides these appointment-related configuration fields in the Default Details section of the Action Method portal:

• Appointment Resource Option: Labor requirements of the appointment slot from the activity type or template activity.
• Appointment Slot Days: Number of days to populate the appointment slot after the selected date.

You can set these configuration options for enrollment and unenrollment processes of template activities.

Additionally, these new drop-downs in Device Setup panel of enrollment and unenrollment process flows allow you to select the crew and work schedule for the appointment slot:

• Crew Shift Type
• Crew

This improves the customer experience when scheduling appointments for work order activities.
