Work Activity Appointment Slots API

Initiation of the enrollment and unenrollment processes can start from different sources such as from a customer using the utilities' self-serve portal or from a contact center agent. The Work Activity Appointment Slots (X1-WorkActivityAppointmentSlots) API allows you to reschedule a work order activity based on the available crew-shifts for the activity type and specified duration. For example, X1-WorkActivityAppointmentSlots retrieves and presents the available appointment slot and allows the customer to make an appointment.

This improves the user experience when rescheduling appointments from self-serve portals based on crew availability.
