Updated Data Formatting for Files Exported from Portfolio View
The data formatting in the exported CSV file from Portfolio View was updated to better meet the needs of utilities and their business customers. Specific updates include:
- Including premise addresses and full ID numbers for account numbers, service agreements, and service points.
- Values are not summed prior to inclusion in the file. Granular data down to the individual service agreement or service point, depending on which file format is selected by the user, is provided in the file.
With this update, business customers that select the All historical bill totals option in the download dialog receive a file with usage and costs for each service agreement and bill segment associated with the premises selected for the file export. Business customers that select the Range of days option in the download dialog receive a file with usage for each service point associated with the premises selected for the file export.
This update makes it easier for business customers to determine how much energy was used, what used it, and when the usage occurred for each entity included in the exported file from Portfolio View.
Steps to Enable
Contact your Service Delivery Manager to coordinate a widget library update. To contact your Service Delivery Manager:
- Log in to Inside Opower (https://inside.opower.com). This is your portal for questions and information related to your program.
- Go to the Community tab and contact the Service Delivery Manager using the information provided.
