Customer-provided information from the Business Profile and Savings Hub Survey is available in Opower Analytics Visualization. The Survey - Starts and Completions and Survey - Questions and Answers subject areas contain data elements related to the following surveys available through Opower Cloud Services:
- Home Energy Analysis survey
- Business Profile
- Savings Hub survey
The Survey - Starts and Completions and Survey - Questions and Answers subject areas in Opower Analytics Visualization were expanded to contain data elements about customer interactions with different surveys available through Opower cloud services. Utilities can find engagement metrics such as how many customers started and completed the survey, how they accessed the survey, and what answers they provided. With this information, utilities can gain insight into the performance of the surveys in different authentication scenarios and across different cloud services in a single tool, streamlining the data analysis and reporting process.
Steps to Enable
Contact your Service Delivery Manager to coordinate configuration of the module. To contact your Service Delivery Manager:
- Log in to Inside Opower (https://inside.opower.com). This is your portal for questions and information related to your program.
- Go to the Community tab and contact the Service Delivery Manager using the information provided.
