Premise Management

You can now access the Premise screen to view premise-only data, which provides utility perspective for a single location. The Premise screen enables you to see the customer history, usage history patterns, service points, and service types for one location. You can access the premise from an existing billing account or using the Person and Premise Search.

This information helps you research customer inquires and understand the history of a location, which can help you recognize anomalies and protect your utility from potential fraud.
