Smart Search on Usage Tab

You can now use the Smart Search to view usage data on the Usage tab of the Customer Dashboard. Smart Search enables you to view usage per premises, service type, and service point.

The usage tab now focuses on data that enables agents to easily search for specific details related to the premises they are reviewing. 

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
