Manage Billing Programs
You can now enroll customers in billing programs such as budget billing and paperless billing. You can also manage those programs and unenroll customers from them within CX for Utilities Agent Service.
Agents can now handle calls more efficiently because they no longer need to navigate to their Oracle Utilities customer information system to manage these billing programs. Enrollment, management, and unenrollment from the programs can now be handled directly in CX for Utilities Agent Service.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
