Billing and Service Activities
You can now access a comprehensive view of customer interactions and financial activity from Account 360. This includes service tasks, bill and payment history service requests, field activities, and credit and collections processes. These activities and interactions, which are sourced from the Oracle Utilities customer information system, were previously unavailable when viewing a specific billing account in Account 360.
The display of this additional data gives Key Account Managers access to key customer interactions and billing events, helping them respond faster and provide greater insights during customer conversations.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
