Meter Reading Data

You can use the new Meter readings drawer to view the data that was used to create current and previous bills. You can access meter readings associated with a customer's bill from the Customer Dashboard, making it easy for agents to review the data that matters most without having to navigate to the customer information system. This drawer displays details about each meter reading, and specifies whether the reading was an estimated or actual reading.

Providing meter reading details directly in the Customer Dashboard gives your agents the clarity they need to confidently explain billing charges, and enables them to quickly address billing concerns and answer billing-related questions without navigating to another system.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
