Autopay Program Enrollment

You can now manage a customer's enrollment in an autopay program directly from the Billing tab on the Customer Dashboard. This feature enables agents to enter a customer in the autopay program, update their enrollment information, and stop their enrollment directly from the Customer Dashboard, without having to navigate to another system.

Providing access to autopay enrollment management directly from the Customer Dashboard enables your agents to easily access the information they need. This feature helps drive greater efficiency, reduces call-handling time, and improves the overall service experience.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Autopay data is stored in your CIS, and can be updated in the Customer Experience for Agent Service system. For additional information about autopay data, see "Account - Auto Pay" in the Oracle Customer to Meter Business User Guide.
