Manage Billing Account Contacts
You can now link contacts to specific billing accounts, offering a more precise and flexible way to manage customer relationships across multiple service locations. After you link a contact to a billing account, you can also manage their communication and billing preferences directly from Account 360.
Previously, contact assignment was only possible at the Fusion account level, which limited your ability to designate different contacts for different sites. Now, Key Account Managers can assign the right point of contact to each billing account, and then further define that person's communication and billing preferences, ensuring that all utility communications are directed to the appropriate person.
This feature enables more granular and accurate contact management, improving communication workflows for multi-location commercial customers.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
