Cancelled Financial Transactions

You can now view cancelled bills, payments, and adjustments on the Account 360 Billing tab when you view financial history. You can use these filters to view financial history records:

• All activity: This filter displays all cancelled and non-cancelled bills, payments, and adjustments.
• Bills: This filter displays all bills and cancelled bills.
• Payments: This filter displays all payments and cancelled payments.
• Adjustments: This filter displays all adjustments and cancelled adjustments.

Displaying both cancelled and non-cancelled financial history records enables key account managers to have a complete view of the financial transactions that have occurred for the selected account, providing them with a better understanding of the account as a whole.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
