Service Request Filtering
You can now use new filter chip options on the Service tab of Account 360 to sort service requests. The Critical filter chip enables you to view a list of all resolved and unresolved critical service requests for a selected customer. The Status filter chip enables you to select one or more service request status values to narrow your search criteria and find the service request you need to view.
Using these new filters, key account managers can easily identify and access the service requests that need their attention, enabling them to act on them quickly, and provide better service to their accounts.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
