Capture Emails Sent from CX Sales Mobile Using Microsoft Exchange Integration

Automatically capture emails initiated from the CX Sales Mobile app, as well as any responses from the email recipients, by using Microsoft Exchange integration. Salespeople can view emails and all responses sent from the app as conversation threads in the activity stream of related sales records.

Before you enable the Exchange integration, you must integrate with Exchange. See Microsoft Exchange Email Integration in Oracle Sales for more information.

To set up the Mobile app to capture emails using Exchange:

  1. Sign in as the Sales Administrator or as a setup user.
  2. Create and enter a publishable sandbox that includes Application Composer.
  3. Navigate to Configuration > ApplicationComposer.
  4. In the Common Setup Menu, or on the Overview page, navigate to Mobile Application Setup > CX Sales Mobile Composer.
  5. In the Application Features pane, click Settings.
  6. Expand the Exchange Settings menu.
  7. Toggle the Capture emails using Exchange Integration option to the on position.
