In the Participant Assignments Work Area, Assign a Participant to a Compensation Plan Directly

Managers use the Participant Assignments work area to assign a participant to a plan.

Participants can be assigned automatically with a process according to their roles. Here's how to manually assign an individual participant to a plan.

  1. As a manager, navigate to the Participant Assignments work area.
  2. Open the Manage Compensation Plans task.
  3. Search for plans and click the plan name to open it.
  4. In the Direct Assignments tab click Select and Add.
  5. Search for participants.
  6. Click the heading cell before Participant Name to deselect (or select) all participants in the search results. Select one or more participants to assign.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click Done.
  9. Change the assignment start or end dates as needed.
  10. Save and close.
