In the Participant Assignments Work Area, Assign a Participant to a Compensation Plan Directly
Managers use the Participant Assignments work area to assign a participant to a plan.
Participants can be assigned automatically with a process according to their roles. Here's how to manually assign an individual participant to a plan.
- As a manager, navigate to the Participant Assignments work area.
- Open the Manage Compensation Plans task.
- Search for plans and click the plan name to open it.
- In the Direct Assignments tab click Select and Add.
- Search for participants.
- Click the heading cell before Participant Name to deselect (or select) all participants in the search results. Select one or more participants to assign.
- Click Apply.
- Click Done.
- Change the assignment start or end dates as needed.
- Save and close.
