In the Participant Snapshot Work Area, Assign a Participant to a Compensation Plan Directly

Analysts use the Participant Snapshot work area to assign a participant to a plan.

Participants can be assigned automatically with a process according to their roles. Here's how to assign an individual participant to a plan.

  1. As an analyst, navigate to the Participant Snapshot work area.
  2. If the participant is in the Missing Participant Assignments table in the Overview tab, click the icon in the Compensation Plan column for the participant. If not, do these steps:
    1. Search for and click the participant in the Select participant tab.
    2. Click the participant's name.
    3. Click Manage Compensation Plans in the tasks menu.
  3. In the Plans Assigned Directly region, click Add.
  4. Select the plan to be assigned.
  5. The effective dates for the plan appear. Select the effective start and end dates for the participant to be assigned to that plan. The assignment dates must fall within the plan effective dates.
  6. Save.
