Enable Web Conferencing for Appointments

Enable web conferencing for appointments. This setup is required for Orchestration steps that allow salespeople to open Zoom with the click of the Start Web Conference button.

  1. In Setup and Maintenance, open the task Manage Activity Type and Subtype:

    • Offering: Sales
    • Functional Area: Sales Foundation
    • Show: All Tasks
    • Task: Manage Activity Type and Subtype
  2. For the Web conference (WEB_CONFERENCE) entry, select the Appointments check box.
  3. Enter a start date.
  4. Click Save and Close.
