Disable the Account Summary Banner

A banner appears at the top of the sales Account UI page when viewing a sales account and provides a snapshot of the account’s engagement and overall health.

The banner enables teams to view the status of a sales account without searching through data or reports. It highlights the most relevant and recent interactions, upcoming milestones, or immediate risks.

The account summary is displayed by default. You may want to disable the summary for all accounts to save the space on the UI page.

1. As a setup user, go to Enable Generative AI Features using Setup and Maintenance.
2. Clear the Show Account Summary Banner selection under Account.
