How do I get advice for my Oracle sales accounts?

As a sales representative, account manager, or a strategic account planner, you can gain key insights, next steps and answers to specific queries related to a sales account using the Account Advisor.

This AI agent provides the following information:

  • Customer brief based on research conducted
  • Key contacts relationship information
  • Status of assets, subscriptions, orders, opportunities
  • Next steps
  • Key insights based on following:
    • purchase trends
    • involvement of contacts
    • open opportunity
    • lead statuses and so on
  • Account health status
  • Account potential and nurturing advise

Enable the Account Advisor Smart Action

  1. Enter an active sandbox and navigate to Application Composer > Smart Actions.
  2. Search for Account Advisor.
  3. Ensure that the Enabled checkbox for Account Advisor is selected.
  4. Save your changes and publish the sandbox.

Use Account Advisor

  1. Go to Redwood Sales > Accounts and select the required account.
  2. Search for Account Advisor.
  3. Select one of the available questions or type a question. For example, select "Give me a brief overview of this account". You can then ask any followup or new questions.
