Sales Application Interfaces

Oracle Sales supports functionality across multiple interfaces.

  • Web access from desktop and laptop for all sales, channel, and partner roles. This is the UI that administrators also use to configure the application. Oracle is currently replacing the existing CX Sales web UI with the new Digital Sales web UI. Some features are available in both web UIs and others only in one during the transition.
  • CX Sales Mobile app for salespeople to use at or away from their desks.
  • Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX (alongside Exchange integration) for salespeople to view sales-related information in Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft Teams integration for team collaboration on sales deals and view sales information in Teams. Microsoft Teams also integrates with Oracle Sales Assistant. To learn more, see Set Up Oracle Sales Assistant for Microsoft Teams.
