Here's how you can initiate and monitor the booked order:

Trigger the Book Order Action Using Direct Quote-to-Order

First book the order:

1. Once the quote is complete and approved, select More Actions (the three dots) in the Quote page.
2. Select Book Order.
3. A confirmation message appears: "Action Book Order completed."

Understand the Book Order Initiated Status Using Direct Quote-to-Order

Once the booking process begins, the system enters an in-transit phase, with this behavior:

• See book order status: In the My Quotes list view, you can see the book order status of "Book Order Initiated".
• See order status automatically: While a transaction is in the "Book Order Initiated" status, to save time, navigate to the Quote details page, where a side drawer opens automatically and displays the order status details.

Track Status Using Direct Quote-to-Order

To view the status manually:

1. Select the More Actions menu on the Quotes page.
2. Select View Book Order Status.
3. The side drawer slides out, showing the transaction history and the current state of the order fulfillment.

Validate the Sales Order Using Direct Quote-to-Order

Here's how to validate that the sales order was fulfilled:

1. Once the booking is successful, select the More Actions menu and the select View Order. The application takes you from the Quoting UI to the Order Fulfillment page.
2. Review the order header (the main part of the order) to confirm that a unique Order Number has been generated and that all line items have transitioned from the quote successfully.
