Consolidation is the process of merging key term values from previous versions of the
contract, if the latest version of a contract doesn't have any value.
For a particular key term, if the extracted value is NONE for the latest version of the
contract, then the updated value from the previous version will be automatically
populated in the Extracted Value field. The Version field specifies the
contract version from which this value is taken.
For example, let's take an example of where the original version of a contract has the
master agreement and subsequent versions have only amendments as shown:
