Add Logos to Partners

Partner logos, if added, display on the Partner Finder search results page and Partner Details page. You add these logos to your partners by adding them as attachments to partner records in Oracle CX Sales.

Prerequisite

Before you can add logos as attachments, your administrator must set the Attachment Component Basic Enabled (ZCA_ATTACHMENT_ENABLE_BASIC) profile option to No. The default value of this profile option is Yes.

Add Logos to Partners

Add partner logos to partner records as a special kind of attachment. To add a logo to a partner in CX Sales:

  1. Sign in to CX Sales with your channel account manager credentials, and click Partners.

  2. From your list of partners, search for and select the partner you want to edit.

  3. Click the partner's Profile tab.

  4. In the Attachments field, click the + icon.

    The Attachments window displays.

  5. In the Category field, select ZPM_PARTNER_FINDER_LOGO.

  6. Click Choose file to browse for the logo.

  7. Optionally add a title and description.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Click Save and Close.
