Configure the Picker Page Layout

The Picker page layout displays when users select an object from a list, such as when a user selects an opportunity from an opportunity search.

You can make simple changes to the Picker page layout, as described in the Create a Specific Layout topic. To make more extensive changes to the Picker page layout, note these points:

  • You can change the fields, add up to six fields, remove fields, and move fields using the steps in the Create a Specific Layout topic.
  • You can also enable or disable the ability to create an object from the picker by adding or hiding the page actions. Click the More icon on the page and either add the Create action if it isn't there, or remove the action using the cross icon that appears when you hover over the action.

After making updates to your page layout, make sure that you click Save in the configuration tool page, and test and publish your new page layout. See the Test Your Oracle Sales for Outlook Configurations topic for details about how to check your Oracle Sales for Outlook configurations.
