In your CX Sales Mobile app, follow these steps to export logs:

Exporting CX Sales Mobile Logs

  1. Start monitoring the logs by navigating to Menu > Settings > General and clicking Start Monitoring.
  2. Navigate to Sales Leads by navigating to Menu > Sales Leads.
  3. Search for and select the lead that you want logs for.
  4. Stop monitoring the logs by navigating to Menu > Settings > General and clicking Stop Monitoring.
  5. Select Export Log and save the logs on your device.
