How can I recover lost data?

Oracle Cloud Operations makes daily backups of your production and test environments. Oracle Cloud Operations doesn't back up or restore operations on demand, however. Once provisioned, you're the sole owner of the data and metadata configuration.

You can make backups of your own by exporting sales data using Export Management. You can export metadata using Customization Set Migration (CSM) and Functional Setup Manager (FSM) Migration. You can migrate BI Publisher reports and data models from one environment to another.
