How does Oracle back up my Sales data?
Oracle Cloud Operations makes daily backups of your production and test environments for use in case of a catastrophic failure. Oracle Cloud Operations doesn't perform backup or restore operations on demand, however. Once provisioned, you're the sole owner of the data and metadata configuration. Oracle Cloud Operations thoroughly tests all releases and fixes to eliminate a need for you to request such backup or restore operations.
You can make backups of your own by exporting sales data using Export Management. You can export metadata using Customization Set Migration (CSM) and Functional Setup Manager (FSM) Migration.
