How can I see more emails when sharing objects with the Outlook add-in?

To see a longer list of email addresses when sharing an email, use advanced sharing mode in the Microsoft Outlook add-in. Note this functionality only applies to the previous version of the add-in, Microsoft 365 for Sales.

Enable Advanced Sharing Mode

Here's how to enable Advanced Sharing in the previous version of the add-in:

1. Enter a sandbox and open Microsoft 365 Designer by going to Application Composer > Productivity Applications Setup > CX Cloud Microsoft 365.
2. Expand the side panel and go to Related Records.
3. Create a new layout and name it in a way that it indicates it's being used for 'Advanced Sharing'.
4. Save the layout.
5. Re-open the layout you just added.
6. In the layout details section, turn on Advanced Sharing Mode.
7. Save the layout.
8. Test your new layout and publish the sandbox.
