How can I view the history of updates to custom field values in Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience?

In Sales in the Redwood UX, update history of fields, including custom fields, are tracked in Activities (activity stream) on each record.

The Redwood UX is designed with salespeople in mind, so each record doesn't include the Change History subtab available in the Classic UX.

To track field updates in Redwood UX Activities, you must enable the field for tracking as part of an activities configuration that you create and activate using the Configure Activities Display task (Navigator > Configuration > Configure Activities Display). For details, see the following topics:
