How can I view the Parent and Ultimate Parent account fields in Workspace and Redwood Sales?

If you want the Parent and Ultimate Parent fields to be displayed in the UI, either as a filter or as a column in search results, then you must first enable them on the Setup tab of the Configure Adaptive Search page and run the Publish job. Make sure to enable the fields for display also on the Configure UI tab. See How do I make a field searchable in the UI? for more information about how to do this.

Once the fields are enabled for display, you must run the Refresh Denormalized Data for Account Hierarchy scheduled processes to refresh the denormalized data for the account hierarchy. This scheduled process is used to update and organize the information about accounts. When the Refresh Denormalized Data for Account Hierarchy job completes, run the Periodic Refresh scheduled processes. When the process completes, the values for the Parent and Ultimate Parent account fields are displayed in the account hierarchy for both Workspace and Sales in the Redwood user experience.
