How do I opt-in to the U.S. Federal Financials option?

Federal government agencies are accountable for all the receivables transactions to the Department of Treasury. A federal agency could transact with another federal agency or a nonfederal agency. You must enable the U.S. Federal Financials opt-in option to capture the required customer account-level and site-level attributes. This helps in generating certain reports, such as the Bill-to-Cash activity report for the Department of Treasury.

  1. Click the profile icon on the Home page and select Setup and Maintenance in Administration.
  2. Select Financials offering from the Setup drop-down list.
  3. Click the Change Feature Opt In link beside the Functional Areas heading.
  4. Select U.S. Federal Financials feature.
