How do I translate custom address elements using Manage Address Formats task?

The User Interface Text (UIT) translation only applies to predefined elements in address and not custom elements. You can use Manage Address Formats task to translate the custom address elements which aren't covered by the UIT.

For example, here are the steps to edit address labels in Arabic through Manage Address Formats task.

1. Change the session to Arabic
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance and search for Manage address formats.
3. In the Manage Address Formats page, search for the code, POSTAL_ADDR_SA.
4. Under Search Results, click Saudi Arabia Postal Address Format.
5. On the Address Style Format: Saudi Arabia Postal Address Format page, click Edit.
6. Change Prompt column for each attribute that you want to update in Arabic.
7. Click Save and Close.
