What's the purpose of the Manage Message Templates functionality introduced in release 23B?

Using the Message Templates selection in Application Composer, you can create and manage email templates. Both salespeople and automated processes in Orchestration can use the templates to send outgoing emails. You create the templates for a specific object and can include attributes from that object as mail-merge fields. Salespeople who are using the template to send emails to customers can modify the text, and add their signatures and attachments.

Important: Use Message Templates. The Email Templates selection in Application Composer is a different feature entirely.
