What user reports are there?
In Oracle Sales, there are a few useful reports that you can read to gain user insights.
Two reports you can run include:
- The User Role Membership Report: This report lists role memberships for specified users.
- User and Role Access Audit Report: This report shows function and data security privileges granted to specified users or roles.
In addition, the User System Usage subject area in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) gives you information on user activities, such as which users haven't signed in for a period of time or who the top 10 active users are.
Tip: Use Last Activity Date column from this subject area
to get user sign-on activity.
Be sure to run the Refresh BI Reports Audit Data for User Adoption Reporting scheduled process to refresh the BI report audit tables, and ensure that the profile option, User Session Activity Tracked (FND_TRACK_USER_ACTIVITY), is enabled.
