Why can't a sales representative view all products in the audit report?

If users with the Sales Representative role can't see all of the objects in the audit report, do this:

  1. Create a custom role.
  2. Assign these privileges to the role:
    • Manage Sales Audit Policies (FND_MANAGE_SALES_AUDIT_POLICIES_PRIV)
    • Manage Audit Policies (FND_MANAGE_AUDIT_POLICIES_PRIV)
    • View Audit History (FND_VIEW_AUDIT_HISTORY_PRIV)
  3. Assign the custom role to the Sales Representative role.
  4. Run the scheduled process Import User and Role Application Security Data.
